Athena TS provides administrative and compliance support services for trucking companies. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

By purchasing services from Athena TS, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds After Service Initiation

All sales are final once:

  • Work has begun
  • A filing has been prepared
  • Information has been reviewed
  • Or a submission has been made to any regulatory agency

Once services are initiated, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellations Before Service Begins

If a cancellation request is submitted before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Athena TS. Approved refunds may be subject to:

  • Administrative fees
  • Processing costs
  • Time spent reviewing submitted information

3. Government Fees

All government filing fees are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Controlled by regulatory agencies

Athena TS does not have control over government fee refunds.

4. Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the Client
  • Required documentation is not submitted
  • Delays occur due to Client inaction
  • Filings are rejected due to inaccurate information

The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

Athena TS does not guarantee approval of any filing, registration, or application. Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Denial of applications
  • Delays by regulatory agencies
  • Compliance issues outside our control

6. Processing Times

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Government processing times
  • System availability
  • Holidays
  • Volume of requests

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

7. Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree to this Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Service termination
  • Account restrictions
  • Collection actions if applicable
