Welcome to Athena TS ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services ("Services"). By using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our policies (Privacy and Refund & Cancellation Policies). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Consent and Agreement
By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and applicable laws. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility and Responsibility
Services are intended for users 18+ who are authorized to act on behalf of a motor carrier, broker, or transportation business. You are responsible for ensuring compliance by anyone using the Services through your device or account.
3. Scope of Services
Athena TS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Transportation or the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. All filings are based on the information provided by the Client.
4. Orders and Customer Information
Orders may be placed via website, email, phone, or other communication channels.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and authorize its use solely for the purpose of completing requested filings.
- You acknowledge that all responsibility for the information provided rests solely with you or the individual submitting the information on your behalf.
- Athena TS is not liable for delays, rejections, penalties, or compliance issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by the Client.
5. Filing and Processing Times
Processing begins after payment is received and all required documentation is provided. Typical processing time is 24–72 business hours, but this is an estimate only and may vary due to:
- Government processing times
- System availability
- Holidays
- Incomplete submissions
6. Fees and Payments
- Service fees will be disclosed prior to processing
- Government filing fees may apply and are separate
- Full payment is required before services begin
- Payments made via credit or debit card may include processing fees
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Once a filing has been initiated or submitted, all sales are final.
If a cancellation request is made before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Athena TS, less administrative costs.

8. Privacy
We use your information solely to provide services and communicate regarding your filings.

9. No Legal or Financial Advice
Athena TS does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. All services are administrative and informational in nature.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Athena TS does not guarantee:
- Approval of filings
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
All regulatory outcomes are determined by government agencies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athena TS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business interruptions
- Regulatory penalties or delays
All responsibility related to the accuracy of submitted information remains with the Client or the person providing such information.
If liability is established, the total liability of Athena TS LLC shall not exceed $100 USD.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Athena TS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Inaccurate information provided
- Violation of these Terms
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Each party shall bear its own costs.
You waive the right to a jury trial and class action claims.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Athena TS and is protected by applicable laws.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
